Answer: When you are preparing to move, you will want to complete the Moves & Transfer Request Form so we can determine if your new address is in a Time Warner Cable service area. Upon submission of the Moves & Transfer form, you will be informed if Time Warner Cable does or does not service the area you are moving to. You will also receive an acknowledgement email and be contacted by a move agent to complete your request.
